Design feature
The LHC magnetic pump optimized the hydraulic model body and impeller, the strengthen sleeve between the inner and outer magnetic does not contain any conductive metal, higher efficiency, the magnet is rare earth strong magnetic (ndd-fe-b or samarium cobalt), the main shaft does not need to transmit torque, just support the balance of the inner rotor, the operation is more stable, the main shaft, sleeve,dynamic and static ring are anti-dry wear non-pressure sintered silicon carbide kk-SSiC. It can meet the occasional short time idling occasions, the temperature resistance is also greatly improved.
 
The design not only has the advantages of compact structure, beautiful appearance, small size, low noise and reliable operation of ordinary magnetic pump, but also all its flow parts are F46 fluorine plastic (or PFA) with good corrosion resistance in the world at present, the isolation sleeve is double-layer design, and the medium side is made of fluorine plastic. The outer LHB reinforced sleeve is made of reinforced carbon fiber or polyether ether ketone(peek), which has high strength mechanical properties and eliminates the magnetic eddy current phenomenon existing in the ordinary magnetic pump. It can transport acid, alkali, solvent and other corrosive media without damage.
