Product overview

CQ stainless magnetic pump using permanent magnet coupling working principle of non-contact torque transfer when the prime mover drives the outer magnetic steel rotor, through the action of the magnetic field to drive the inner magnetic steel rotor synchronous rotation, the inner magnetic steel rotor and the impeller into one, so as to achieve the purpose of non-contact drive impeller rotation. Because the liquid is enclosed in the static isolation sleeve, the magnetic pump is a completely closed and leak-free pump type, so it completely eliminate running, taking, dripping and leaking problem.

Design feature

1.CQ non-leakage magnetic pump is a new type of industrial pump with full seal, no leakage, no pollution, high efficiency and energy saving;

2,The pump body, impeller and pump cover use CFD computational fluid mechanics, design hydraulic components for module design and precision casting. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, good cavitation residual performance, small radial force, accurate size, good interchangeability, spacious and smooth flow path, etc.

3, Select the ferrite magnets, with good magnetism, high temperature resistance, no demagnetization;

4,Moving ring, shaft sleeve, sliding bearing using wear-resistant high temperature graphite, PTFE, effectively ensure the service life;

5, Sealing using closed static seal, completely solve the medium leakage.

6, Without independent lubrication and cooling water, reducing energy consumption.

7, Horizontal installation, compact structure, small footprint, small vibration, low noise, especially smooth operation;

8, The coupling transmission into synchronous drag, there is no contact and friction. It has the advantages of low power consumption, high efficiency and damping effect, which reduces the influence of motor vibration on the pump.

Main use

Widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, acid, alkali, smelting, rare earth, pesticides, dyes, medicine, paper making, electroplating, electrolysis, pickling, radio, foil formation, scientific research institutions, national defense industry and other production processes, transport corrosive liquids, especially suitable for flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, high temperature, strong acid and alkali, organic solvents and precious liquid transport.

The applicable temperature :-20℃~200℃(more than 100℃ need to customize high temperature type)
