DBY type stainless steel electric diaphragm pump is a new type industrial pump, which has made breakthrough progress in diaphragm material in recent years. The pump is used in petrochemical, ceramics, metallurgy, food industries, the main feature is does not require irrigation water, suction capacity more than 4meter, in case of the diaphragm is not broken zero leakage, through the performance is strong, the diameter 10mm or less particles, mud, etc., it can be effortlessly passed. Because the diaphragm will be separated by the conveying medium and the transmission mechanical parts, the medium is absolutely will not leak out, the service life is greatly extended without shaft seal, according to different medium, the diaphragm is divided into neoprene rubber, fluorine rubber, butadiene rubber, tetrafluoroethylene, etc., can fully meet the requirements of different users.

Working principle

The main working principle is motor drives the diaphragm on the left and right plunger through the reducer box for reciprocating movement, the upper and lower one-way ball valve is installed in the left and right pump chamber. The diaphragm moves causes the volume change in the working chamber, forcing the four one-way ball valves to alternately open and close, so as to continuously inhale and discharge the liquid. In recent years, as the electric diaphragm pump has made breakthrough progress in the diaphragm material, more and more industrialized countries have adopted the electric diaphragm pump, replacing part of the centrifugal pumps, screw pumps used in petrochemical, ceramics, metallurgy and other industries, especially suitable for low head, high viscosity medium transport.
