LHF fluorine lined centrifugal pump and LFJ fluorine lined crystal slurry pump are new upgraded fluorine lined chemical centrifugal pump, which is designed and manufactured according to international standards and combined with non-metal pump process. The pump body is lined with polyperfluorinated ethylene propylene (F46) inside (outside) of the metal shell.The shaft seal can be selected according to the user's working conditions, including external single end seal and packaged seal with water cooling and washing (LVHUAN patent). The pump has many advantages such as corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, no aging, high mechanical strength, stable operation, reasonable structure, strict and reliable sealing performance, easy disassembly and maintenance, long service life and so on.

Design feature

1, LFJ fluorine lined slurry pump adopts excellent water conservancy model, based on CFD calculation method, combined with relevant industry standards designed, its performance and size equivalent are in line with ISO2858 international standards, with high efficiency, low energy consumption, good cavitation resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, dry wear resistance, new energy-saving products.

2, The pump body and pump cover are made of metal shell lining FEP fluorine plastic or PFA , the impeller is metal structural parts outside the fluorine plastic molding, using tortoise mesh, dovetail groove, spiral hole and other special lining technology, to ensure that the lining layer does not deform, do not crack, do not fall off, greatly prolonging the service life.

3, The shaft seal adopts the LVHUAN patent mechanical seal a LFJ double end mounted mechanical seal (need to add water cooling), the mechanical seal is independently developed by our company, the structure adopts the "Static" Design, the dynamic ring built-in, the compensation ring external, the static ring compensation, the spring does not contact the medium, even if the static ring is blocked , it does not affect the static ring compensation. It can operate continuously and stably under conditions of up to 5% solid content, and the design has been patented.
