LMU slurry pump is a cantilever type single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump, which is specially designed and developed by our factory for conveying corrosive media containing fine particles. The pump is made of steel lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (uhmw-pe), which has strong corrosion resistance and excellent performance wear resistance, can be widely used in a variety of corrosive abrasive slurry conveying process.
Design feature
Strong wear resistance: The flow parts are all made of steel lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (uhmw-pe), ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (uhmw-pe) has excellent abrasion resistance, 4 times higher than nylon 66(pa66), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), is carbon

Strong impact resistance: The impact strength of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene is also very good, is 5 times that of (acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene) copolymer (abs), and can remain stable at -196 ° c, which is not a feature of any other plastic.
Excellent corrosion resistance: The pump in a certain temperature and concentration range can resist a variety of corrosive media (acid, alkali, salt), in 20℃~90℃ 80 kinds of organic solvents impregnation 30d, appearance without any abnormal phenomenon, other physical properties are almost no change.
Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene impact absorption is very good in plastics, good noise reduction.
Safe and reliable, no toxin decomposition, so it is also suitable for the food industry.
The coefficient of friction is low, only 0.07-0.11, so it has self-lubrication. Under the condition of water lubrication, its dynamic friction coefficient is half lower than pa66 and pom. When working in sliding or rotating form, the lubricity is more ideal than that of steel and brass after lubricating. Therefore, it is rated as a wear-resistant material with "Very ideal cost/performance".
Main use
(1) sulfuric acid phosphate fertilizer industry: Dilute acid, mother liquor, sewage, seawater, silica-containing fluorosilicic acid, phosphate slurry and other media transportation.
